I stayed at the Radisson in March I was in Szczecin for dental treatment which is very good and traveling with my sisters as a bit of a treat girls away! We didn't choose the best weekend as there was a property sale convention being held there but we weren't involved so carried on as normal through the crowds. We upgraded to business class but didn't feel the benefits initially as we had to request an extra of everything for the third person as our room was preped for 2 despite our booking well in advanced for three!
We had a nice room with enough space for three and a good bathroom the hairdryer didn't work but the gave us a spare but the windows are sealed so we were very short on fresh air. The pool and other services,manicure etc were unavailable but we didn't have enough time in the end anyway. A wonderful breakfast which we really enjoyed.
I'm going back for a third visit staying a the Novotel this time and I'm looking forward to the comparison. Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to tell us about your experience.
We were disappointed to read about the fact that we could not fully meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for this. Every opinion is very important for us. We will take your negative feedback on board to improve on. The hotel and rooms in general are ok despite the standing is not comparable to what we expect from Radisson.
However it happened to me that due to a misbooking, I was forced to accept another room a so called half-suite on the 9th floor. Despite I paid 20 Euro per night more, I received a room which was smaller as their standard rooms. The connection door with the bordering "salon" was closed which explained the name "half suite". Around midnight, I found out that the "salon" part was rented out to a group of drunken Russian businessmen accompanied by a multitude of prostitutes and having fun.
